 Located near Pikes Peak, CO; this two bedroom Colorado cabin rental, built in 1909, offers a comfortable living room with a rock gas fireplace and Cable TV/DVD combo, a charming knotty pine kitchen with dining area, a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub, carport, a private secluded patio to sit out and enjoy the beautiful mountain views, and a private, outdoor hot tub.
The cabin will sleep up to 7 people and is perfect for your Colorado Springs vacation lodging. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a double futon on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room (as well as a recliner).The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and dishwasher. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping* services or meals are provided.

2010 RATES:
HIGH SEASON (May - October, ALL Holidays Year Round, and mid March - mid April): $199 per night; $1,393 per week
LOW SEASON (November - April; holidays & March - mid April excluded): $175 per night; $1,225 per week
LOW SEASON MONTHLY RATE: $3,000 |

 *1 week (7 night) minimum stay required from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day.
*3 night minimum stay required for remainder of high season
*Exceptions may be made if there are less nights available in between other bookings.
1 week minimum Christmas thru New Years
4 night minimum mid March - mid April
4 night minimum stay required for Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday thru Sunday)
2 night minimum stay during low season, holidays excluded
*Other days considered holidays and/or at the high season rate are: Valentine's Day and the weekends prior and after if it falls during the week; President's Weekend, March - mid April, Christmas/New Year (December 23rd thru January 1st); Easter weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Stays for a 3 day holiday weekend would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for President's weekend).
Children of all ages welcome in the Cabin & Cottage.
50% deposit due at time of booking; balance due at check-in. |
