Greetings!

Fall is always such a beautiful time in the Rocky Mountains. We've had an unseasonably warm fall up until the past couple of days and the aspens have taken longer to turn colors this year, which lets us enjoy them longer. This week we got our first dusting of snow on the mountains and Pikes Peak is covered with a blanket of snow. With the change of season we have new specials, recipes, and attractions to feature. Rocky Mountain Lodge is the perfect place to spend the holidays with friends and family. Consider renting the Lodge for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The Lodge can sleep up to 17 people and host up to 30 for gatherings and meals.

It's that time of year again for the 16th Annual Emma Crawford Coffin Races and Parade in Manitou Springs.
 
Costumed impersonators of Emma ride on coffins pulled by teams of four mourners in this kooky, pre-Halloween race.
Saturday, October 30th.

Rates are going up in 2011. Use our special code of EarlyBird2011 and lock in your reservation for 2011 at our 2010 rates. When booking online put the code in the Comments box and your rate will be discounted when the booking is processed on our end. When calling to make your reservation, make sure to ask for the EarlyBird2011 discount so we can make sure your rates are at the 2010 prices.
