 Our Cottage for rent in Colorado Springs area, built in 1938, has an upstairs and a downstairs and will sleep up to 4 people. The upstairs is a combined bedroom/sitting room which has a queen bed, futon, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/DVD player.
The downstairs of this Cascade, CO vacation rental has a kitchenette, dining area, daybed which opens to two twins, and a bathroom with a shower stall.
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping* services or meals are provided.

*Other days considered holidays and/or at the high season rate are: Valentine's Day and the weekends prior and after if it falls during the week; President's Weekend, March - mid April, Christmas/New Year (December 21st thru January 1st); Easter weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Stays for a 3 day holiday weekend would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for President's weekend).
Children of all ages welcome in the Cabin & Cottage.
50% deposit due at time of booking (100% if within 30 days of arrival, or for holidays); balance due at check-in.
