 Our Cottage for rent in Colorado Springs area, built in 1938, has an upstairs and a downstairs and will sleep up to six people. The upstairs is a combined bedroom/sitting room which has a queen bed, double futon, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/DVD player.
The downstairs of this Cascade, CO vacation rental has a kitchenette, dining area, daybed which opens to two twins, and a bathroom with a shower stall.
The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping* services or meals are provided.

2008 RATES:
HIGH SEASON (May - October; ALL Holidays Year Round, and March 14th - 30th): $150 per night; $1,050 per week
LOW SEASON (November - April; Holidays & March 14-30 excluded): $125 per night; $875 per week
LOW SEASON MONTHLY RATE: $2,500

 *1 week (7 night) minimum stay required from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day
*3 night minimum stay required for remainder of high season
*Exceptions may be made if there are less nights available in between other bookings.
1 week minimum from Christmas thru New Years
4 night minimum from March 14th - 30th
4 night minimum stay required for Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday thru Sunday)
2 night minimum stay during low season, holidays excluded
*Other days considered holidays and/or at the high season rate are: Valentine's Day and the weekends prior and after if it falls during the week; President's Weekend, March 14-30, Christmas/New Year (December 21st thru January 1st); Easter weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday); and Thanksgiving weekend (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
Stays for a 3 day holiday weekend would require the 3 nights of that particular holiday weekend (i.e. Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights for President's weekend).
Children of all ages welcome in the Cabin & Cottage.
50% deposit due at time of booking (100% if within 30 days of arrival, or for holidays); balance due at check-in.
