EGGNOG FRENCH TOAST

  • 1 cups egg nog
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg
  • Butter
  • French Bread sliced into 1" thick slices
  • Fresh fruit or pie filling, flavor of choice (Lingonberries work great!) OR maple syrup

Whisk together egg nog, milk and eggs. Dip bread in egg mixture, sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Grill on hot, buttered griddle, until golden brown on each side. Top with fruit and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Or serve with butter and maple syrup.
