IRISH COFFEE EGGNOG PUNCH

  • 2 quarts eggnog
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup Irish whiskey
  • 1 quart coffee ice cream

Combine eggnog, brown sugar, instant coffee and spices in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until sugar and coffee granules dissolve; stir in whiskey. Pour in large punch bowl and chill for 1-2 hours. Spoon in ice cream and serve.

Makes 12 6-ounce servings
