The Ramona Room is named after a magnificent historic Cascade hotel popular during the late 1800's and early 1900's. It is the next largest room in the bed and breakfast besides our Cascade Suite and is located upstairs on the 2nd floor.

This room features a queen sized cherry sleigh bed with beautiful handmade morning star quilt and window coverings, and historic photos of the Cascade area and the historic Ramona Hotel. It also has an electric fireplace and a sitting alcove.

The private bathroom with a shower and standard sized bathtub is perfect for a soothing soak after a long day of hiking, horseback riding, or whitewater rafting in the Colorado Springs, CO area.

Individual room heat and control allow you to set the room for your own comfort.

For guests renting the Entire Rocky Mountain Lodge, the sitting alcove is a great place for a child to sleep, if they need to be near Mom and Dad.

One of the most unique features you'll find in the Ramona Room is on the door jam to the bathroom. There you'll find marked along the trim the heights of the original owners’ children as they were growing up. This was the master bedroom of the original owners back in the 1930's, and there's a doorbell in this room that was used to ring the maid in her quarters (now the Cascade Suite). Let us know if you have found the doorbell when you stay in this room.
