Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

These Reese’s Peanut Butter Chip Cookies are a mix between a peanut butter cookie and a chocolate chip cookie. If you love peanut butter cups and chocolate chips, these are the cookie for you!

  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. smooth peanut butter (or cruncy if you'd liike)
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/2 c. Reese's mini peanut butter cups, halved


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl beat together the butter, sugars, and peanut butter. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla, until blended.

  3. In a medium bowl sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add to wet ingredients and mix until blended.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and Reese's peanut butter cups.

  5. Use a medium cookie scoop, place dough balls on prepared baking sheets. Bake until just golden around the edges, about 10-12 minutes. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
