The 2 bedroom Colorado Cabin, built in 1909 as a hunters cabin, has been expanded and modernized over the years, but still keeps its original historic charm with the original log walls and wood floors. The spacious master bedroom has a rustic log King bed, and the 2nd, small bedroom has wood bunk beds. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a jetted tub and shower combination. The living room has a comfy leather sofa, a recliner, and a gas fireplace, and Cable TV/DVD player. There is a full kitchen completely stocked with all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you will need in your home away from home. Complimentary WiFi is available. Central heat is provided throughout the cabin. There is also a private outdoor patio with beautiful mountain views, and a private hot tub to soak in after a long day of hiking or exploring Pikes Peak. Our 1 bedroom Cozy Cottage, built in 1938 and made of stone and wood is charming and adorable! It has 2 stories.
Downstairs is a full kitchen, completely stocked with everything you need to cook your meals and save some money from having to eat every meal out, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom with large shower, including a river rock floor. The downstairs of the cottage was completely renovated in 2017, yet still keeps its original charm with knotty pine walls and ceiling. The upstairs is a bedroom with a sitting area, queen bed, Cable TV/DVD player, and electric fireplace. It is adorable with it’s A-frame roof, and original knotty pine floors, ceiling and walls. It is comfortable and cozy, providing a great place to come home to after a day of adventure in the Rocky Mountains. The Cottage has heat, and A/C upstairs during the summer months. It will sleep 2 people. You can check out more about the Cottage Rental in the Rocky Mountains by clicking on the link.
