These one pan Bailey’s Magic Cookie Bars, also known as Irish Cream Magic Cookie Bars, are easy to make and are rich and delicious. They’re great for an adult party and sure to be a hit!

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup (8 oz) Bailey's Irish Cream, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a 9x13" baking pan melt butter in oven. Add 1/2 cup Bailey's and stir. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Sprinkle on coconut, then sprinkle on pecans; press down firmly with fork. Bake 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool.

  2. Once cooled, cut into bars. Baste the remainder of Bailey's (1/2 cup) evenly over the top of bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
