Cook Time: 10 Minutes
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Servings: About 3 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups butter (1 1/2 sticks), softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup Reese's Mnis Peanut Butter Cups, halved

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper, set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add peanut and mix until combined. Add eggs, one at a time, until blended. Add vanilla.

  3. In another bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to wet ingredients. Using a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mini peanut butter cups. Scoop out the dough with a medium cookie scoop onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake until golden, 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute, then move to a wire rack to cool.
