Garlic Aioli is such a versatile sauce, and really easy to make. Spread it on the bun of your burgers, bread for sandwiches, use as a dipping sauce for meats and fondues, on fish, and a myriad of other foods.

Servings: about 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic (if you don't roast them, chop them up)
  • 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly ground white pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place the mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor or blender and process until blended, about 1 minute, shopping 3 or 4 ties to scrpe down the sides of the bowl.

  2. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
