Honey Mustard has become very popular over the past decade or so. It’s a perfect salad dressing and dip for chicken. It’s easy to make and much cheaper than buying it in the, and better than those “packets” you get at the fast food restaurants.

You can also tweak on the ingredients to change it up. Enjoy!

Servings: about 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise, sour cream, or plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp yellow mustard (you can also use Dijon mustard, or sone ground mustard for more texture)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
