This Horseradish Mayonnaise is an easy sauce to make, and so good as an accompaniment to prime rib, roast beef, fondue, or tuna. Use it to make chicken salad, egg salad, salmon salads, and as a spread on wraps and sandwiches, and more. Once you have it you will never want to eat your meat plain, or just put plain ole mayo on your sandwiches.

And you can substitute the mayonnaise with sour cream or plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt. Enjoy!
