Do you love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups? I sure do! These Peanut Butter Balls are even better than the famous candy, and fun to make. I will warn you though, they are addicting!

You can make Buckeyes the same way, just dip the balls about 3/4 of the way up in the melted chocolate and set to dry with exposed peanut butter on top.

Prep Time: 2 Hours and 30 Minutes
Total Time: 2 Hours and 30 Minutes
Servings: about 24 balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • 1 tsp. brandy or brandy flavoring (optional)
  • chocolate candy melts (I like Ghirardelli chocolate baking chips)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except chocolate until well blended. Roll mixture into 2-inch balls and refrigerate for one hour.

  2. After they've set, melt the chocolate in a double boiler or on half power in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Using a toothpick and fork, dip the balls into warm chocolate until covered on all sides. Set on wax paper and refrigerate for one hour to set once the chocolate is set they do not need to be refrigerated.
