If you love peanut butter cups you will LOVE this Peanut Butter Pie! It’s a family favorite and I sometimes request it for my birthday. It’s easy to make, but there is some chill time involved, so make sure you make it ahead of time. Enjoy!

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  1. CRUST:

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all crust ingredients and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, set aside to cool.


  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar together. In another bowl whip cream until semi-stiff peaks form and gently fold into peanut butter mixture, a little at a time. Spread into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate while making topping


  6. Melt chocolate chips and cream in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently, until melted and blended together. Spread over peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
