This easy no-bake White Ting-A-Lings candy, sometimes known as white haystacks, is a hit with kids and adults alike over the holidays (or year round). It only uses 3 ingredients (4 if you add sprinkles). They literally take about 15 minutes to make, so easy! And you can change up the ingredients if you want too. Try adding dried cranberries and chopped pistachios instead of the peanuts for a festive color.
