Lemon Squares are one of those sweet and tart delights that are perfect during the summer months (though I will make them year round). I love them for a tea party as well. These Cream Cheese Lemon Squares add another element to the traditional Lemon Square. They're also easy to make. Using a boxed cake mix for the crust is a great time saver. I love oatmeal cookies, but my hubby always likes raisins in his oatmeal cookies, so I always add raisins to my oatmeal cookies when I make them, just for him. You can omit the raisins if you don't like raisins in your cookies. These are a staple cookie I make, second to Granny's Chocolate Chip Cookies (my hubby's #1 favorite cookie). TIP: If you want to keep your cookies soft, put a piece of bread…... view full recipe

Chocolate Gilded Danish Sugar Cones

You can also roll them into a tube shape and dip both of the ends as well. 500 recipes similar to these cookies can be found in our cookbook "Rocky Mountain Lodge & Cabins' MORE Favorites Recipes" which can…... view full recipe
These light and crispy Italian cookies are not only beautiful but taste delicious as well. My Mom has been making these ever since I can remember. She makes dozens of these for family gatherings and they are gone in a flash. You can also mold them into other shapes when you first take them off the Pizzelle Iron. You can make them into cone shapes for ice cream cones, or roll them into large rolls…... view full recipe
These easy to make cookies are an easy favorite for just about anyone! And if you can't have nuts, these are a great cookie for you to try! The cream of tartar give them a little tang, and the cinnamon and sugar they are rolled in before baking ends up looking like crackle after the cookies have spread and baked. And if you can eat them warm, without eating the whole batch, you absolutely must,…... view full recipe
My Mom used to make these Date Bars when I was a kid and I loved them then, and love them even more now as an adult! The sweet date filling inside an oat crust and topping is what makes these cookies so good! Cutting up the dates can be a little bit of a sticky process, but other than that, these are pretty easy to make, and worth the effort. This recipe, and 499…... view full recipe
These are BIG cookies, so be careful not to eat a whole lot of them at once, if you can resist! They have a lot of different ingredients in them, which is what makes them so delicious, but you can always change them up with other ingredients if you don't like any of these, but really, they are just downright delicious. And big enough for a cowboy, or cowgirl! Enjoy! CLICK HERE TO SEE THE…... view full recipe
